Return Process

  Log into your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring all charms, chains, and lockets are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
